A new week is upon us, and with that comes a fresh round of new titles being released to keep PC and console gamers entertained.

In the first of a new series of posts we are going to take a look at the main games launching in the coming seven days. This week is a relatively quiet affair with only a handful of games launching, but looking ahead, we can already see a surge of exciting titles coming down the track.

Let’s dive right in because the first title this week launches tomorrow.

Having launched onto the Switch and PCs back in December 2020, everybody’s favourite slab of meat is back for more platforming madness onto all other home consoles and mobile devices. The undoubted indie darling of 2010.

The challenge of Super Meat Boy returns in Super Meat Boy Forever. Levels are brutal, death is inevitable, and players will get that sweet feeling of accomplishment after beating a level. Players will run, jump, punch and kick their way through familiar settings and totally new worlds.

The Return of the Meat Will Have Gamers Excited

While it has already released on some consoles, arguably the most exciting game coming this week is Super Meatboy Forever. This game promises to be a wild ride, even the game description on the online stores is worth reading. The folks at Team Meat must be some of the coolest around, and here’s hoping this launch is another step towards even more great things from them.

There is a nice range of games launching this week covering a few different genres, and certainly enough to keep gamers entertained until for another seven days.
